Few days ago, I was cordially invited to The Party for the re-launch of leveL7even at Hilton KL together with a preview of the latest menus inspired by award winning chef, Michael Elfwing.
leveL7even, Hilton KL
leveL7even is essentially a business centre combined with high powered event facilities fit for a corporate summit and an elegant dining society soiree. Known also for its laudable culinary expertise, coupled with sophisticated and stylish ambience, leveL7even may just be the most fashionable mini ballroom in town.
When I arrived at about 7.30pm, the place was already bustling with activity.
The dessert spread was undoubtedly the centrepiece of the event. With dainty sticks of candy and chocolate, creatively crafted cakes, divine looking macaroons and cookies, it was such a enticing piece to the eye. Those with a distinct sweet tooth like mine would just die standing next to the dessert spread the whole night.
Besides that, there was also a soup, seafood and sushi counter for those craving for a savoury knack. I was famished by that time.
Both the ravioli and curry flavoured pumpkin soup was pretty decent also.
There was plenty of food and drinks going around that night. Waiter and waitresses was everywhere; serving a variety of praiseworthy finger foods as well as a glasses of reds, whites and the lots.
What is an event without entertainment right? Violinist Dennis Lau and beatboxer Koujee was there to woo the crowd.
As I was looking incredibly tired on a Friday evening, I only managed to capture one portrait taking moment for the night.
When the event came to an end, I was given a goodie bag courtesy of leveL7even that came with bunch of stuff, a box of macaroons and an invitation for complimentary dining experience at Vasco's, a upcoming restaurant at leveL7even. #wohoo for the flow of good food to come.
Overall Rating: 7/10 for the overall event. What I felt was lacking though, was some icy cool gelato to end the night.
