The turnover for chained restaurants and local eateries in ss2 square have always been quite high. With new restaurants sprouting out every few months, it's really hard to catch up. I was psyched to try out Win Soon Cafe when it opened its doors.

I arrived at Win Soon Cafe on a week-night and seats were easily available. I opted to sit outdoors since it was drizzling, hence, a cool night.
The main emphasis of having fish head noodles is for its soup and the noodles are simply complementary.
Our dishes arrived in a jiff. Service was quite prompt.
Fish Head Noodle. Rm7.50.
Fish Head Noodle also known as Yu Tao Mai in canto consist of a dish of Vermicelli noodles in a milky white fish broth and served with
fish balls, fish head meat and shallots. Lard fritters are also added for an extra oomph and to add a bit more flavor to the dish.
Overall Rating: 7/10 for the food, environment and location. The soup was milky and flavorful but the fish balls were just standard. Overall, it was a satisfactory feast nonetheless. I will return.
