Ikuzo Ramen
Ikuzo Ramen is located next to Mcdonalds.
I was there on a Friday night and there was not many people around. There was still ample tables outside. However, when I went passed on a Saturday night, the place was packed.
There was a wide range of side dishes and mains to choose from ranging from Rm1.00 onwards for side dishes and Rm5.90 onwards for Ramen dishes. Undeniably value for money.
Cha Shu Ramen (Pork). Rm8.50.
Yakiniku Ramen (Beef). Rm8.50.
Tsukune Ramen (Chicken). Rm6.50.
Tokyo Ramen (Pork). Rm7.90.
Gyoza. Rm4.50.
Soda(s). Rm5.90/each.
There was also a large mirror next to the entrance.
Overall Rating: 7.5/10. With no expectations whatsoever, I was pretty impressed with the quality of dishes served coming from a non-mainstream Japanese rstaurant. The soup was salty yet sweet, full of flavors, hence, pretty pleasant. On the other hand, the ramen was tangy and cooked just right and Gyoza was quite decent also. Good location and A+ for the affordability factor.
I would definitely return.
